Frequently asked questions
Where is my data hosted?
On servers in the European Union, in Finland. Each business's data is isolated from the others at the database level.
Can I bring my client list over?
Ask us. For early-access partners we discuss moving data manually — that's a conversation, not a promise: we'll first look at what data you have.
Which languages does ONEBIZ support?
The app interface is available in Russian, Czech and English.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The app works in a phone browser; there is nothing separate to install.
What happens to my data?
It belongs to your business and is isolated from other businesses' data. The detailed terms — including export and deletion — will be set out in the product's terms and privacy policy before general availability. Until then, we'll answer any question personally.
When is the public launch?
We don't give dates we can't guarantee. When the time comes, we'll announce it here.
